Smoky Kale Chips

1 Bunch Kale (center ribs and stems removed)
1 Tlbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp salt

Tear kale into 3-to-4-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil, paprika, and salt. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Spread kale on baking sheets and bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes. Kale should be browned around the edges and crisp.
